Dawn's property career started in 2003
carrying out Rating Valuations for various Councils including Hamilton City Council, Waipa, Waikato, Matamata Piako, South Waikato and Otorohanga District Councils. "I enjoy getting out and about around the Waikato, I love meeting and talking to people from many different walks of life and a real bonus for me is I get to visit all sorts of amazing properties. No two properties are the same, from a residential section or a two bedroom townhouse to a six bedroom executive home on a lifestyle block. I take pride in delivering good quality valuation reports that meet your needs".
Dawn has lived in Cambridge for over 20 years, a beautiful town with a village atmosphere in the heart of the Waikato. After graduating from Massey University she qualified as a Registered Valuer in 2008. Since then Dawn worked for an international consultancy firm, managing the Property Consultancy Team, specialising in Crown land acquisition and went on to be the Property Services Manager at a local council, responsible for the district's diverse property portfolio. Dawn now works in the Residential and Lifestyle sector of the property market, specialising in valuing houses, new builds from plans (house under construction )and vacant residential and lifestyle sections.
